Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• The wrong product is delivered.

• The product arrives damaged.

• The order cannot be fulfilled.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the order.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
